Brubaker Chrysler has always serviced my Pacifica. I usually wait in an unused office room while they service it. They always explain any necessary repairs that need to be done, but they don't try to get me to do things that aren't needed. They are very professional. I have never had any problems.
Though I was surprised when I arrived at Brubaker as a new service customer recently moving to Lancaster by the small size of the overall operation, I was impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the service staff. I waited in the rather time undistinguished customer room for 4 hours for $1800 of services for our 2021 Jeep Gladiator at 60,000 miles. We have bought and had serviced a number of Jeeps at Faulkner in Mechanicsburg which is a huge sophisticated operation. This is "mom and pop" for sure but ultimately satisfactory.

Right Car, Right Options, Right Price. Brubakers worked with us until the financing was finalized. After receiving it, we we impressed how clean it was. VERY Clean. Getting ready for our first road trip.
The sale went very smoothly. Bill sat in the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4XE explaining all the features. There was no rush. There are so many features in this vehicle. Definitely recommend the dealership.
As soon as I walk on the lot I was greeted( by Manny) in a kind manner. I expressed what I was looking for and they showed me exactly what I was interested in. I didn’t want to make any rush decisions so I went home to think about if this was a purchase I wanted to make. I was contacted the next day and told about some other vehicles that I might be interested in if I was available to come in. I was busy at the time but I was treated so kind the day before I truly did not want to give my business to anyone else. I like how Manny was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and even help me on how to use my new iPhone. ( I’ve always had Samsung.) he also remembered our conversation from the day before and remembered my hobbies and explained why purchasing this vehicle would benefit me and my family. I’ve been to other dealerships n was treated poorly. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here to friends and family
